Contractors

United Hub Approved Contractor Program

As an approved contractor with the United Hub HEAR Program, you have the opportunity to offer eligible customers instant rebates for qualifying home electrification and appliance upgrades. Instant rebates are contractor-provided discounts (reimbursed by United Hub) at the point of sale and are reflected on customer estimates and invoices. By offering instant rebates, approved contractors gain a competitive advantage in the market by reducing the upfront cost of energy-efficient products for customers.(Contractor registration for the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) rebate program is a separate process through the Washington State Department of Commerce).

Available Programs for Instant Rebates:

  • Single-Family Home Electrification Rebates

  • Manufactured Home Electrification Rebates

  • Space and Water Heating Upgrades

  • High-Efficiency Appliance and Equipment Rebates

Note: To deliver rebates, you must be a registered contractor with United Hub and approved to deliver instant rebates. Please do not direct customers to contact United Hub directly to apply for rebates, as this is not an approved rebate path.

Getting Started:

  1. Register as a Partner: To begin submitting rebates as a United Hub approved contractor, follow the United Hub Rebate Processing Instructions.

  2. Set Up Payment Information: To update your company's payment information, please send us the following forms:

    • IRS W-9 Form
